Mobility Supercenter had the privilege of sponsoring the Tidewater Charity Golf Tournament at River Hills Golf Course on September 1st, 2014.   This annual tournament supports several local and one national charity, The Folds of Honor Foundation. The local charities include S.O.S.Healthcare, North Strand Helping Hands, and Little River Medical Center Foundation. We are glad to say it was a great turnout. A great big thanks goes out to Pp, The Director of Tidewater Charity Tournament Committee, who organizes this event each year to help the local families of fallen servicemen and women.  Participants were welcomed with a dinner reception at Tidewater Grill the evening before the tournament.  Approximately 28 teams of golfers helped the event raise over $50,000 in charitable contributions.  The father of one of our Myrtle Beach location employees, Steve Chaney, was recognized for his armed service.   A Marine Corps veteran, Lt. Jim Mazur served in both Vietnam and Korea, is a two time Purple Heart recipient, and has flown with three presidents.  Thank you, Lt. Mazur for your selfless service to our nation.  Mobility Supercenter was proud to support this outstanding event, and looks forward to next year!
