Thank you Troup for helping us out. We love the new van! Everyone there was great and we really appreciate all you did to get Ben his new van.

I just wanted to call and tell you that your service man Kenny came out and did an excellent job, was very nice and polite. The lady (Amanda) was very quick with scheduling the repair and I really appreciate it because I can’t go without my lift chair. I just wanted to say thank you again and we are very happy.

…I love it! (the new Toyota) The ride home was so smooth & when I got home I didn't wanna get out. Thank you all for all your help and time. Greatly appreciated!
This is a heart-felt "thank you" to Robin and her crew at the Charleston S.C. location. When my Savannah location could not even look at my van for ten days, she came to the rescue. My van had a disabling electrical problem that we all know can be very complicated and frustrating. She returned my call for help on a Saturday, set me up to come in on the next Monday (a holiday), and had a rental for me to use for a critical appointment on Tuesday. Her crew diagnosed the problem, corrected it and had me back on the road late Tuesday. These guys are the greatest in my book and have earned my business for as long as I\'m in this area. They REALLY put the "service" back in customer service.

In recognition of your gracious donation toward our handicap van project, we would like all to know of your generous gift that made the van possible for a handicapped child. It was a struggle for her mother to take her places because of lifting her in and out of her wheelchair. Now, she can travel where ever she wants to go with ease and comfort. The smiles on the family faces told the whole story, especially the child. We, of Pawleys Island Masonic Lodge #409, are proud to have accomplished this project but we could not have done this without your help. Please accept our deepest gratitude!

I am so glad that I chose Mobility Supercenter, you and the staff were great! The conversion has made the biggest difference in our lives! I and Morgan want to thank everyone for helping make that difference, also I have already given a person one of the business cards, he is very interested in looking into Mobility Supercenter. Thanks again for all that you did!
There is no way I can ever say Thank you to the staff in Richmond and all their help with my van problem! Patrick was wonderful but Edward went way beyond to ensure we were able to get our van long after the store was closed and made my evening drive home possible!! Thank you just does not express my gratitude for his care for his customer!! He is really a hero to me!
When Panicked, Call Patrick! It works...
Thank you for your calm, reassuring demeanor when I totally flip.
Monday, we were loading to leave our beach house when the lift would not go up. We knew we had a broken motor chair. What to do? I was totally panicked. Thankfully, you took our call and saved me. Tyler and I appreciate your help!
Thank you so much!
Barbara & Tyler
The way you guys handle the problematic ramp issue. Left message with service, expect call in AM; got email from Lee that evening; Patrick called 1st thing; bent over backward to not inconvenience me. Searched for repair; interviewed me on the phone until enough info came out to locate the intermittent issue; fixed it, returned it before promised.
AMAZING JOB!!!! Patrick Cook is my hero.
Lee, Your guys did a great job today on my BMW. The brakes are just perfect, and the tires are really smooth running. It was all done at a very very fair price and I recognize that. I appreciate you and I plan on sending more of my cars and people I know to you. *this service is specific to the Richmond location
Mobility Supercenter Team,
I had a wonderful experience with the Mobility Supercenter...Robin was amazing and they took their time to squeeze us in and not only evaluate the issue but repair our van.
She showed me an over ride system, I had no idea the lift had. They took 2 hours out of their day to help and $219 later my lift was operational! I would Highly recommend
you use the Charleston Mobility Supercenter! The customer service is off the hook!
Bud and I thank you for all your help in looking out for us with the wheelchair accessible van and locating one in our price range.
Your knowledge impressed us and your thoughtfulness was heart-warming. We will have more independence and feel secure with the one
you found for us. We are very pleased with our choice. We really appreciate all you did to make our purchase effortless. We wish you the very best!

I want to let you know what an exceptional buying experience my wife & I had in purchasing our Sienna
van. We had been looking for a handicap van for my wife who has MS which has gotten much worse in the past
year.. I had been looking for a Toyota Sienna van on the internet for a couple months & had been to one other
dealership in Maryland. While looking at your website I found one which I contacted you about & you got back to
me the same day. It had a Braun rampvan but I was really looking for one with the in-floor ramp. The next day you
called me to let me know a 2014 Sienna had just been traded in which had the infloor ramp, a color we liked, &
LOW mileage. You offered to bring it up to the Sheetz at Opal, VA to let us take a look at it. When we saw what
excellent condition the van was in we decided to purchase it.
For a 2014 Sienna I think you gave us a great price on it, Jason & we want you to know how much we appreciate it & we particularly appreciate Lee & Ed bringing it directly to our home in Haymarket.
Lee & Ed were exceptionally helpful in explaining all about the van & the lift operation. We were just blown away by how knowledgeable & friendly you guys were. As Lee said, we are family now, & you certainly made us feel that we are. Thanks again for everything, see you again in 6 months for the lift maintenance. Take care.
Larry & Betty M.
Thank you for all your work and expertise on the modification for Mr. Davies. Your dedication to quality and professionalism was evident in all of my dealings with you.
It can be very difficult to make these arrangements long distance and you really came through for both Mr. Davies and Hastings Mutual.
Thank you again!
I just sent you a message for Tim. This one is for you. If you ever have a customer who is not sure they will get their money's worth from a van, please give them my phone number.
I could not really afford to purchase that van. I now realize I could not have afforded not to. Even when it just sits in the garage, knowing it is there and I can escape is a comfort.
I would go without food to put gas in the van. I would be happy to tell that to anyone debating about making a purchase from you. Have a great day and a good weekend. Will be unavailable
on Monday and Tuesday and will probably get with you on Wednesday or Thursday re the scooter.
Thank you SO much for delivering the beautiful Toyota van to us today! ...There was a lot of information to absorb, but I look forward to practicing and getting the hang of things (transferring, docking, etc.) ...Thanks for your patient instruction today!
Have a great weekend. Hope you can have some relaxing time with Heather and the kids!
We'll Talk Soon,
Good Afternoon Troup,
I hope you are doing well. I wanted to take a few minutes to let you know how much I really appreciate the support you and Amanda provided last week. Being we were out of town, vacationing at Surfside Beach, we were unfamiliar with the surrounding area(s) in trying to locate a reputable maintenance provider to remedy a functional discrepancy with an Invacare TDX-SP wheelchair. There for a moment, receiving any technical assistance in the area felt nearly impossible.
However, both of you worked through your schedules to provide excellent, professional and courteous support. As a result of your efforts, Charles "Herky" Asay was able to enjoy his independence while on vacation as you resolved the functional discrepancy with his wheelchair. There is no questioning about your dedication to customer service, as I observed.
The entire family is very appreciative of everyone involved, so please feel free to pass along as needed.
Dear Mobility Supercenter,
I am writing on behalf of myself, my team of teachers, our school community, and one of our students, Peter. We want to thank you for the generosity and kindness you showed to help make Prom 2015 an amazing experience for Peter. From Christie who greeted me, to Lee who worked out the specifics, to Jason who helped complete the paper work, I could not have asked for a better experience. I was so impressed with the professionalism and compassion I felt while working with everyone at Mobility Supercenter. The gold Toyota Sienna van you provided allowed Peter to have an unforgettable evening with greater independence than he otherwise could have. The evening began with dinner at P.F. Chang's, where he was joined by three of his teachers and one of their girlfriends. The food was great and the conversations were even better. Following dinner Peter and two of his teachers loaded into the beautiful van, turned up the music, dropped back the sunroof, and headed into the city, where prom was hosted at the Richmond Convention Center. Once his V.I.P. parking space was located, Peter was eager to head inside where he was greeted by classmates, friends and administrators. He absolutely loved being where there was so much to take in: the music, the lights, the friends, and the girls. What more could a guy ask for? Peter and his teachers had an absolutely wonderful night of celebration, a night that will never be forgotten.
Thank You Again,
C. Randy Early
Dear Mrs. Crenshaw,
I am writing to tell you what exemplary service we received from Paul Tumelaire. He delivered our new vehicle today and has been a vital resource since we originally started looking for a conversion van. My husband is a 100% service related disabled veteran and received a power chair from the VA in January of this year. When we learned that he was going to receive this chair (about September of last year), we came into your business looking for a means of transportation. That is when we were fortunate enough to meet Paul. Paul made us aware of funds available through the VA which would aid us in paying for the vehicle we were going to require. We would not have known of these funds unless we had me Paul. After learning of this possibility, we began the application process. Once learning that we had received the grant from the VA, around the middle of May, we contacted Paul and he immediately started looking for a vehicle for us. Within the next couple of days, Paul notified my husband that he had found a car which would suit our needs. He took care of all of the paperwork required by the VA, something which would have been daunting for us. He was able to expedite the paperwork process because of his knowledge of the VA and the staff member responsible. It is only because of his expertise that, as of today, we have a means of transportation that is safe for my husband. We cannot say enough good things about Paul and should we meet anyone needing handicap mobility assistance we would not hesitate to send them to your business. You are truly fortunate to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable employee as Paul Tumelaire.
George & Sandra
I wanted to send you a follow up email thanking you again for your helpful service a couple weeks ago when I had an emergency with my lift. I was so thankful that, when my scooter lift unexpectedly went out-of-order after hours, I was able to give you a call. Since I moved to DC recently, I did not yet have a local contact to assist. Thank you for taking the time to assist over the phone remotely -- your input was critical in making sure I was able to get home safely that night using the manual emergency backup. I was able to get the issue resolved later that week with a local repair shop. They determined that a wire had broken in the horizontal track of the loader. While there seems to be no apparent cause for the break, thankfully they were able to resolve the issue the same day by replacing the wire. Thank you again for your helpful support and willingness to go the extra mile!
Henry's Occupational Therapist was here this afternoon and she was quite impressed with the lift. She may be referring patients to the Mobility Supercenter for lifts and/or lift chairs. She was most impressed when we described your professional service. Thanks again for all that you and your colleagues have done for us.
Diane, Henry & Katie (and Benji too)
The friendly, sincere help and advice you offered me and my husband was priceless. At a time of uncertainty and need, your concern was very appreciated. The quick and efficient installation of the outdoor chairlift allowed my husband to return home from rehab following his hospitalization. As he also suffers from Parkinson's Disease, a chairlift was vital for us to remain in our home. It works perfectly and quietly and I don't know what we would do without it! I highly recommend this company and the products you represent. Thank you for your work!
I am very satisfied with the choice that I made on the lift. I now have peace of mind, especially on descending the steps.
Eric (I hope my memory is correct) did an excellent job on the installation and on informing me on the particulars of the operation of the lift. He was very thorough and courteous through out. The impact of what I considered a delay is lessened by my approval of the equipment and the installation.
I would like to take this opportunity to say many thanks for your help once again. Through the years you have helped us a great deal with keeping our daughter, Maggy, mobile. From wheelchairs, to handicapped vans, to trucks, you have really helped our family immensely. When we are faced with what seems to be the impossible, each time you have saved the day. Our most recent addition of the lift and tracking system to her bathroom is most impressive. We feel that the first lift has enabled us to help her live at home and we feel this latest addition is extending that time further. Thank you so very much.
Hinton D. Hurff,Sr.
Thank you for the great job that your crew performed installing my daughters new ramp. The men were courteous and professional. The ramp appears to be sturdy, reliable, and very appealing. I still have your portable ramp in my garage. If you like I can bring it to your Military highway location. Thanks again.
Thank you so much for the fantastic new seat your company installed in Andrews Van. They did a great job and Andrew really likes it. I can tell he is much more comfortable and definitely safer. Dealing with repairs on vehicles is typically a trying issue and especially when it is one that is the primary transportation with special needs modifications. That was definitely not the case this time! The logistics were coordinated so well it didn't interfere with Andrew's schedule one bit.
Thank you so very much!!
To Whom It May Concern:
I am a caregiver to a quadriplegic vet, and let me just say its a struggle and fight, more times than not, to get him what he needs and requires because of his non-service connected status with the VA. Sometimes it seems like nothing ever goes smoothly, or is done correctly. However, your staff at the Mobility Supercenter - Richmond...can I just say they're angels??
My first introduction to the Mobility Supercenter was at McGuire Veterans Hospital in Richmond, VA. I met Paul Tumelaire there. He makes himself available to all the vets there, always with a smile! Words can't describe that man. He is so knowledgeable and such a good source of information. If he doesn't know, he'll seek out the answers. It was a fight and struggle to get my loved one, Russ, an accessible van. Paul's guidance through the entire process, from getting our wheelchair van. It was a difficult and trying ordeal and if it weren't for Paul's encouragement pushing me through and also his assistance, I would've given up the fight. His compassion, and willingness to help the vets...well, he's one of the nicest people I've ever met. I truly believe God knew Russ and I needed someone like him and sent him to help us. Everyday I get into the handicap van conversion, I remember all he did, and what he does for all the vets there at the VA. We're forever blessed for that. I have sat and watched him on many occasion going from one vet to the next talking, laughing, sorting out their various questions or problems, etc. He goes far beyond the extra mile just to give someone a helping hand. He's just an all around good man, and many would agree, a guardian angel.
I bought the mobility van in June 2013 for a check on the air ride system and a few other little things. I was shown graciousness & kindness. The things done were so small, the checks were free of charge. When money's tight, a gesture such as this is a huge blessing! You may say they were just doing their job, but for people like us, it touched our hearts! It reminded us that there are people out there who still care.
The Open Sesame door opener for Russ was installed by another company that the VA selected. Cheap, haphazard work is what we got! A few weeks ago, a couple of guys from your facility were sent to us by the VA to correct the problem the company couldn't seem to fix. (I think one of them was John?) These guys were so thorough, very nice and professional, but more important they KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING! They were very experienced and versed with the equipment that had been installed. Russ and I were glad to see that not even once did they have to call tech support and ask questions to do the repairs. Yes, that's what would happen all the time with the original company. As you can imagine, this has been an aggravation to say the least, with the equipment breaking all the time and trying to get the VA to send someone else to fix the problem. I did have to send an apology to Arlean through the repairman. She unfortunately had to catch that aggravation on a phone call. She was patient with me on the phone, and should relayed a message to me that she understood.
Lastly, Patrick in the Service Dept. This man willingly spoke to me on a Saturday morning, August 10, 2013 @ 10am, when the air ride system broke on the accessible van. I called the Supercenter and he got in contact with me. He didn't seem bothered or annoyed to answer my call on his day off. He was informative and took the time to try and help me troubleshoot. Unfortunately, the problem had to wait till Monday. Long story short, Patrick did get back with me on Monday like he said he would. I had the wheelchair vehicle towed that same day and by Thursday Patrick was able to get everything fixed. His willingness to help me in our time of need was once again a simple act of kindness that meant so much. A side-note to again show you they type of guy Paul is; the handicapped van was dropped off at the VA the next day, last Friday August 16th. It just so happened Russ had an appointment, how convenient! Paul had it cleaned, washed and waxed! Oh how it sparkled all the way down to the tires. That's Paul for you!
A tear is rolling down my cheek as I'm writing this. I felt that you would like to know you have a mighty fine group of folks at the Mobility Supercenter - Richmond. A bunch of angels, in my eyes, who perform little miracles for their customers; giving a little hope, and bringing a little ray of sunshine to what once was a cloudy day, over and over again. On behalf of my loved one and myself, thank you for being there when we've needed you even if it was just to get an answer to a question over the phone. Thank you for the professionalism and quality of care, work, time and effort you give in support of our many veterans and their families. Like Paul tells us all the time, thank you for making us really feel like we're part of the Mobility family.
Valarie & Russ
Thank you so much for both your pleasant note and for your phone call that I missed today. I called back, but missed you, and spoke to someone who said they would relay the message to you....
Just so you know, my hand controls seem to be working exceedingly well in the Venza, as I just drove 15000+ miles to and from Memphis with no problems whatsoever. Exceptionally good installation this time.
I also enjoyed our chat very much, and I wish you well in all of your future endeavors. If there is ever anything that I can do to support your work, let me know, because you're doing a great job!
I am writing to thank you for making the recent purchase of a handicapped accessible wheelchair van for my mother such a painless and pleasant experience. Your knowledge and insight into accommodating Mom's physical limitations made me feel very comfortable with the purchase, and I am confident that the mobility van conversion meets her needs and provides a safe environment for her travel. Learning about the twenty-four hour emergency assistance offered by your company offered me another layer of security in knowing that should the unanticipated happen, my mom will not be left stranded. I also appreciated the added bonuses like learning about the personal property tax deferment for the handicapped conversion van.
Thank you again for your exceptional service! I will enthusiastically recommend you to any friends in need of a similar vehicle.
Blake and Erick,
Than you so much for doing such a wonderful job with the lift! It is doing great and I appreciate everything you have done for me!
Dear Mike Hester,
Thank you so much for the outstanding job you did for us! Our new ramp, custom railings and myriad grab bars looks great and all a big help to us.
We appreciate your willingness to go "above and beyond" to make our garage project work, even more so because it was on the hottest day of the year (so far). We also appreciate your bringing in the mail - that was so thoughtful!
Enclosed is a tip to show our gratitude. Please have a nice lunch on us. Thank you again for your wonderful service.

Letter of Appreciation for Gregg Stewart:
Kaye and Lee, I'm a retired Air Force Colonel who has ALS from exposure to Agent Orange in Vietnam. I was diagnosed in November 2011. I can still walk a bit and use my hands some; but I can't talk; lung capacity been reduced by 70%; and diet is heading to soups and smoothies.
The 2"d worse thing about having ALS is finding knowledgeable, competent, helpful people to provide assistance. I could go off on a tangent and complain about the Veterans Administration 0/A), but that's not why I'm writing this letter.
When my wife/Sis and I realized the VA would essentially buy a new handicapped van for me, we Googled new handicap vans in this area and three dealers popped up. We began visiting each one, not starting with Mobility, and soon learned that the people we were speaking with did not know a whole lot more than us about disability vans and the VA.
Then it was Mobility's turn and we met Gregg: the clouds parted, sunlight shined through, and Gregg took care of us. He knowledgeably answered all questions about vans and dealing with the VA. Gregg let us test drive the Dodge and Toyota accessible vans at the dealership. He steered us through the process of reviewing the vans that were near term available; and efficiently handled interaction with the VA. Most amazing of all, he delivered the van on the date and time he said he would - and patiently walked us through the van's features.
There's nothing special about us that would explain the super treatment we received. The only conclusion we can arrive at is he must treat all customers like important people.
If I were still in the Air Force and writing Gregg's performance report, my last comment would be "PROMOTE HIM NOW!" Since we're not, my closing comments to you are:
"GIVE HIM A PAY RAISE NOW!"

Finally got a chance to take a breath from doctor visits. My husband and I can't thank you enough for helping to get our lift installed and process our rebate papers with Chrysler. You were so professional and patient with us and we want to thank you. What a great decision to have our lift installed by Mobility Super Center primarily because you are there. You are an asset to the overall operation of Mobility SuperCenter in that you literally did everything to ease the stress on us.
God Bless you all,
Cecil and Barbara H.
We want to express our appreciation for your visiting with us yesterday and bringing up the Dodge Grand Caravan Sports mobility vehicle for us to test drive and consider for purchase. man of the vehicle features pleasantly surprised us. We are very impressed with the ease of the entry and exit for the wheelchair. After meeting you and recognizing your expertise with the VA vehicle purchase program, it was such an easy decision to purchase the vehicle from Mobility Center of Virginia.
We enjoyed meeting you and learning of your loyalty and strong desire to help veterans. God bless you for your care and watchful eye in ensuring our veterans get the best and fairest deals.
Hope all the final processing goes quickly. We are anxious to take possession of our handicap van.

Dear Ron, Danny and Greg,
I want to extend my sincerest appreciation for the smoothest transaction involving my van conversion that I have ever experienced. As you know, I have had several van conversions over the years; this is the first time that I have done business with Mobility Super Center. I believe that this is, without a doubt, the finest conversion in both quality and workmanship.
On a personal note, I found each of you very knowledgeable and professional, as well as compassionate to my needs. In this day and age of being all about "making a buck", it was extremely pleasurable to work with a group that appeared very concerned with my needs and provided over and above the norm to service my disabilities.
You can rest assured that I will recommend your firm whenever the opportunity arises and you have my permission to send a copy of this letter to any part that needs a recommendation. Again, I thank you for you interest, concern, professionalism and knowledge.
I had the pleasure of purchasing a ramp van from The Mobility Supercenter yesterday.
Unfortunately, there is no one-size-fits-all in these modified vehicles, and I was extremely impressed with the patience and care that Jason Blackwell and his team took in creating a van that me my specific needs, and even offered to help me dispose of my old ramp van when I choose to do so.
When I picked up the van, Jason and his entire team came outside to congratulate me on my purchase and to thank me for purchasing it from them.
How rare is that these days?
This is a new relationship for me, and I am looking forward to working with The Mobility Supercenter in the future.
Dear Jason and Team,
I would like to thank you, and express my sincere appreciation for the high level of customer service and the excellent buying experience that was given to me while I was in the process of purchasing my new wheelchair accessible van. Purchasing a mobility vehicle of this caliber can be very nerve racking. I had been shopping around for almost a year, and after dealing with high-pressure sales tactics and shady dealings at other car dealerships, it was so refreshing to find a business and a sales person that was pleasant, honest, straight forward, and allowed me the time to think it over. The entire staff a the Mobility Supercenter was courteous, respectful, helpful and insightful. I so appreciated the kindness of everyone there. You could tell that everyone was bending over backwards to make sure that I was a happy customer. Everyone appreciates great service, but when you leave a dealership knowing that you were not taken advantage of, and that everyone there had your best interest at heart, you know it was a good thing. I'm sure you could tell that I was very happy by the BIG smile I had on my face as I was driving off.
Thank you again for making this purchase such a pleasant experience. I will definitely be back in the future, and I would recommend the Mobility Supercenter to anyone.
Best of luck to you and your staff. You guys are AWESOME!!
Hello Nikkie, Jason, Curtis, and Stephanie,
Thank you very much for allowing our Robious Mindstormers robotics team students to visit your Mobility Supercenter yesterday afternoon. They clearly learn a *lot* about the options available to mobility impaired individuals especially as regards entry and exit from wheelchair vehicles. You were so generous with your time and insights, I'm sure you really helped spark a lot of wonderful ideas in our team members. Plus, I'm sure that what they've learned will stay with them long after our current project is over! So thank you again for the visit and we will certainly be in touch again. We look forward to learning more in the future!
Robious Mindstormers, Coach
Dear Mobility Supercenter Family,
Truly Diana and I find it very easy to identify the folks of Mobility Supercenter as "Family!" Kaye and Lee, our experience of purchasing a new disability van from the Mobility Supercenter was one of great enjoyment and the beginning of new friendships. Thank you both for your personal "touch" and "care" you all extended to us the professional manner that you and your entire staff provided in caring for Diana's mobility needs....... you ALL have done a wonderful job!
This was our first experience in the purchase of a new mobility van, and we were very blessed to have your folks lead and guide us through the process. Dianna and I are thankful for the cooperation that existed between three separate businesses that came together to provide us with mobility van that best fits Diana's needs.
Like all great experiences that conclude with a great outcome, there is always a beginning point of that experience! That beginning point began with a phone call to The Mobility Supercenter to a young man named Jason Blackwell. Without question, The Lord directed Diana and me to Jason. We knew immediately that this was the place and the young man that we would purchase our new mobility van from! Diana and I are so very blessed and thankful for our friendship with Jason both personally in The Lord and professionally. Thank you Jason for your gentle and kind heart and the way in which you did everything possible to make sure that our mobility needs and personal needs were met....... THANK YOU JASON FOR YOUR CARE!!
We wanted to say thank you not only to the Mobility Supercenter Family, but to Mike Engle General Manager, of Lustine Dodge/Chrysler Dealership in Woodbridge, Virginia. During our personal dealings with Mike, we became very good friends and the working relationship between The Mobility Supercenter and Lustine was very good. Thank you Mike, you and the folks of Lustine have certainly treated us with respect and were very helpful in making the reality of our new mobility van possible....... THANK YOU MIKE, YOU HAVE TRULY BLESSED US!
Finally, we want to say thank you to the folks from VMI, the company that provided the mobility conversion for Diana....what a blessing their innovations have been for Diana......we are very pleased and thankful for the North Star Conversion that has been provided in our Dodge Grand Caravan Crew mobility vehicle! I personally had so many questions during the nearly two month process of getting our van......I spoke often directly to the support group fro VMI; in particular to a young man, who I only come to know as "Tiger". He was very helpful to me and Diana....we spoke with him on several occasions and he was extremely kind and understanding to us.... THANK YOU TIGER FOR YOUR KINDNESS! In addition to Tiger, during one of our trips to The Mobility Supercenter, we had the opportunity to meet Dan Plondke, SE Regional Sales Manager for VMI. Dan spent time with us expressing a sincere concern for the needs of Diana and it was good to be able to speak face-to-face with the folks who were going to provide the mobility conversion......THANK YOU DAN FOR YOUR TIME WITH US!
In conclusion, when we got the call from Jason that our new mobility van had arrived; the excitement for Diana and me reached a great high! The delivery of our new mobility vehicle was truly a wonderful, tearful and a great blessing! Thank you for the privilege of praying with you all....giving us the opportunity to thank The Lord and the Mobility Supercenter Family for all that you have provided us with!
Kay and Lee....Diana and I are sure that you are very blessed to have such a wonderful group of folks who care for the needs of the disabled and their families..... selling a handicap vehicle is one thing, but doing such with great care, patience, kindness and thoughtfulness takes a great group of folks....we simply want to say.....THANK YOU KAYE, LEE, JASON, CURTIS, PATRICK, GERRY, DAVID, GREG, HEIDI, NIKKIE, ERIK, ROBIN, MIKE H., JEREMY GARY, SHAWN, ARLENE, ROY, MIKE P., DAVE, STEVE, AMELIANO, DOUR, CINDY, TAMMY, PAUL AND ARLENE .......THE LUSTINE FAMILY AND THE VMI FAMILY.....YOU ALL HAVE TRULY BLESSED US!
In Christ's Love & Joy(Act 17:28)

I am new to being in a wheelchair and was in a panic about a very old used van with a hydraulic lift we had bought.
I called Mobility Super Center at 8:00 in the morning and Jason answered the phone from his cell.
He was so encouraging and immediately said he would do whatever he could to make the drive up there worthwhile.
We spent the morning getting approved for a loan and took our terrible, old bus/van up to Richmond Yorktown.
After a long, bumpy ride, we arrived to a special greeting and Jason helped talk to me about how being in a wheelchair doesn't have to stop me from doing the thing I want to do.
He was so uplifting and encouraging.
We asked if we could quick go to lunch while he finished some paperwork with another customer ad he recommended a great place.
When we came back, we looked at two cars that were in our $20,000 - 30,000 price range.
They were both great but we picked the 2007 Toyota Sienna and trade in our bus with Jason's help.
Jason had kindly called Arlene in to do the DMV and title paperwork and by this time your store was closed and we were just sitting around waiting for the bank to approve the buy. Both Jason and Arlene made us feel very comfortable, even though we were hours after closing time and it wasn't even Arlene's scheduled work day. We finished everything at 6:30 pm and there was no feeling of being rushed or put out by your employees. I couldn't believe the level of customer care and just the feeling of genuine care of our situation.
The van is amazing. It is so much better than I ever could have dreamed. It is the XLE Limited edition and has all these neat bells and whistles that we have never had. We spen the whole ride home just flabbergasted at a great deal we got. The van is so beautiful and is working so well. My children love their space in the back and think the ramp and kneeling is the coolest thing ever.
Again, customer service by Jason and Arlene made my experience of having to buy a wheelchair van into a fun and exciting day. I can't express to you enough how Jason helped change my perspective of what I can and will be able to do in a wheelchair. The van fits are needs perfectly and I can't imagine a more wonderful experience.
I hope you give them both a raise!
Thank you for your time to read and listen to my experience.

We wanted to thank you for your recent assistance in our purchase of our 2010 Braun Companion Van SE. When it came time to replace our 2003 Braun Entervan (which we had also purchased), you and your staff were diligent in finding a competitively priced vehicle that suited our family's needs. You also went the extra mile (literally) by meeting us in Durham to hand the vehicle.
We look forward to doing business again in the future with the Mobility Supercenter of Virginia.

As you recall, the moving of the EZ Lock base was scheduled for last Thursday, April 21. i took our van to the Mobility Supercenter for that work and had a GREAT outcome. They finished the job much faster than I had expected and were very pleasant and professional to deal with (as has been my experience in the past). I especially appreciated that they consulted with me about the placement of the wheelchair and that they mounted the base in such a way that it's actually easier than I had imagined to dock and undock the wheelchair. I'd like to extend a big thank you to the gentlemen at the Mobility Supercenter that I dealt with, Paul Tumelaire and Jeremy (the technician).
This weekend we used the EZ Lock to transport Kevin in his wheelchair several places and it works perfectly. Moving it has made taking Kevin places much easier since we don't have to swap him in and out of his wheelchair anymore. He was laughing his head off so evidently he's enjoying the change of position as much as we are.
Dear Mrs. Kaye Crenshaw
I am writing to express my sincere appreciation of the donation of parts, labor, and service on the 1990 Ford E150 wheelchair accessible van with 53,333 miles.
Your generous donation will provide a person with a mobility impairment the benefit of independence and a higher quality of life. Thank you for your commitment to persons with disabilities in the community.

The Mobility Supercenter and Kaye Crenshaw did not receive any benefit for this donation or any control of its destination.
Dear Mr. Crenshaw,
My name is Bob Smith and I am an ID (Intellectual Disabilities) Youth Support Coordinator for the Loudoun Community Services Board. Last spring one of my families informed me that their 13 year old daughter, who has Cerebral Palsy and is non-ambulatory, needed a lift van in order to be transported to her doctors and in the community. She had grown so much that her family could no longer transport her in the family vehicle and it was becoming increasingly difficult and dangerous to try to transfer her from her wheelchair in and out of the family vehicle.
The family asked that I try to locate funds to help them purchase a used lift van since they had very little money that they could spend on a vehicle. I was able to locate funds from two other organizations (total of $3,000) to help pay for a lift van for the family. Their daughter has a Medicaid ID slot which could provide up to $5,000 for assistive technology (lift) but the quotes from lift providers in the Washington area were over $20,000 to install a lift. Medicaid Waiver will not help finance any vehicle new or used. The family didn't own a vehicle that could be modified with a lift. I located a possibility for a lift van that ECHO workshop offered to sell to the family for $2,000 in late May. After having the van evaluated by a nearby car dealer they determined that it would cost well over $8,000 just to get the vehicle to pass inspection. The mechanic thought it would cost much more to keep it running. Quotes for a serviceable lift van in Northern Virginia were all well over $10,000 and way out of the family's price range even with their financial help. Since the daughter had an ID Waiver slot, I thought that the best route for the family to take would be to purchase a cheap van and then use the ID Waiver assistive technology money to purchase the lift. Unfortunately quotas for installing a lift in the metro area were all over $20,000.
I was told about Mobility Supercenter of Virginia in Richmond who sold used lift vans for reasonable prices. I contacted you and you directed me to the inventory on line. I told the family and they looked at the inventory but there were no lift vans in their price range. In the meantime, the other two funding organizations had informed me that the offer of funds had a time limit and that since the family was not able to find a van that they would have to withdraw the offer very shortly. You offered to look for a cheaper van that was in good shape that was in the family's price range. You also said that you could install a lift for around $5,000. As you kept looking for a van for the family, I asked the two organizations if they could please extend the offer and I told them what the plans were to purchase a used van and then use the daughter's Medicaid Waiver funds to purchase a lift to be installed by Mobility Supercenter of Virginia. I located another source of funding which brought the total of financial assistance to $5,000. In late summer, you found a van for around $6,000 that was in the price range of the funding assistance and what the family could afford. After securing the funds for the van, we still needed to get the Medicaid Waiver to approve the lift as assistive technology. The cost for the lift was actually $5,500 and I was able to secure $500 more to help pay for the lift and installation. The request was approved by Medicaid but Mobility Supercenter still had to order the lift. The van and installed lift were completed right before Thanksgiving and the family is very pleased and thankful.
I am very grateful for your generosity and your willingness to help, along with all the staff at the Mobility Supercenter of Virginia. Your assistance was very helpful and made a big difference in the family's options to purchase a van and then add a lift. The plan was to hope to find a reasonable van and then hopefully have the Medicaid Waiver fund the lift. There was no other way that this plan could have come together or any guarantees that it would.
I truly appreciate your efforts, your generosity and your willingness to help. This could not have been possible without you and the Mobility Supercenter of Virginia. Once again, my family and I thank you and we will remember your kindness.

Steve and I just completed the process of purchasing a new accessible van from Lee Crenshaw and the staff at Mobility Supercenter in Richmond. We wanted to share the experience with other PALS, along with some tips, taking you along for what turned out to be a rewarding experience. We are 'old hands' now at living with the requirements of having a top of the line disability and we like to share what we have learned with others. Walk a mile in my shoes - or in this case - come along with us for the ride.
Steve is ventilator dependent and drives a Permobil chairman power wheelchair. We have had 2 vans since 1999. The latest, a 2003 Dodge caravan was a step up for us in that it had an in-floor ramp versus a fold-down. The in-floor was a requirement for us as it provides more cabin room. Our search took us to dealers in Connecticut when we were on vacation there in late August. We were discouraged by the trade-in allowance and decided to come home to make a purchase. I am sure glad we did.
We knew that if we bought from a dealer in Virginia we would be able to take advantage of an agreement that some dealers have with the Virginia DMV. The new van could be titled and tagged for us. That is a bonus. We did our homework, talked to several dealers, felt discouraged as each tried to push vans on us that we did not want and offered little of substance in the way of a trade-in allowance.
Then we contacted Lee Crenshaw at Mobility Supercenter. Turns out he had what we were looking for- several Honda Odyssey vans with in-floor ramps. Yes! We made the trip to Richmond and were given the royal treatment by Lee and Jason, a member of Mr. Crenshaw's sales staff. As it turns out, the VMI conversion which we wanted is not promoted by several dealerships that have fallen out of favor with VMI. That was an eye-opener. The Braun conversions sold by a number of dealers have few options with in-floor ramps systems.
Mr. Crenshaw offered us a "too good to walk away from" consignment arrangement for our 2003 van and the purchase of a new Odyssey.
Everything worked. To perfection. Staffer Arlene drove the new van to us as home in Clifton, Virginia and took our van back to the dealership to be listed for sale. She expertly completed all paperwork and had everything in order for transfer of ownership. The new tags arrived on time, and lo and behold, our Dodge (which needed detailing and some body work that was cost prohibitive to us at the time) sold very near asking price.
Steve and I thank Mr. Crenshaw, Jason, and Arlene for everything they did to ensure a smooth, worry-free purchase of our new van. We would like to highly recommend the dealership to fellow PALS.
Say "Steve sent you". I can guarantee you'll be met with a smile; moreover, a very enjoyable experience and quite possibly, a fair deal awaits.

Lee and Jason,
Thank you so much for your help in finding a van for us! It is such a blessing! With Max not being able to walk, he couldn't get into our pickup truck without someone lifting him in, so we felt "stuck"! We didn't want to ask friends and family all the time and looked for quite awhile for the van. We looked at a lot and we talked to several people after talking to you and Jason. We kept coming back to the Mobility Supercenter, though, because we felt it was the right place! We were praying that God would lead us to the right once and "in His time" He Did! We knew this was the one He was leading us to. Jason was so helpful from the beginning - he cared about us and that meant a lot! We know you're the Mobility Supercenter is a blessing many people and we thank you for what you do! You provide a wonderful service and we will definitely recommend others to you.
God Bless you all,
Jewell and Max Barnhouse
I want to thank you for the competent, friendly and kind customer service I received from your company. I needed a lift put in my minivan and I was trying to decide between two companies to do the install. I picked Mobility Supercenter because of the customer service. Since this is my first lift I had many questions and I am sure that I might have asked the same question twice. But no matter how many questions I had or how long he was on the phone with me, Jason was very patient. He took the time to explain in detail what each lift did an how it worked. I will recommend Mobility Supercenter to anyone who has mobility issues and needs help.
Thanks again, for the great customer service.

I want you to know that in my 42 years being a person with a disability, working on about my 5th or 6th adapted van, I rarely come across a company like yours that truly puts the customer first and goes out of its way to ensure that the person with a disability indeed gets what will best meets their needs. Every person I dealt with in your company was very helpful and respectful to me as a customer. I appreciate everything you all did for me including the cost of the van and build out, taking back equipment that you special ordered for me based on my first evaluation, and doing a great job in the conversion. I'm very confident that I'll be back on the road again soon, thanks to the great work your company did for me. You can expect future referrals from me in the future, as I will gladly let other people in the disability community know about how I was treated and served. I greatly appreciate everything you all did for me.
Our experience with Lee and his family owned organization was exceptional!!
He came in on his day off just to meet our daughter and build a van to meet her needs.
We tried many vans to accommodate our daughters wheelchair size, and Lee demonstrated great patience as we worked through the process.
We received the van at our house in record time and now we couldn't be happier!!
Hannah loves her "New Wheels"!
Thanks Lee again for everything, please let us know if we can do anything else to help you and your family.

I wanted to make you aware of one the companies that I work with when patients are in need of alternatives for safe patient transfers and wheelchair accessible vans.
The Mobility Supercenter have been in business for 20+ years and have a knowledgeable, caring and stable staff that have been with them for years.
The company is locally owned and they have a strong commitment to the community even in these difficult economic times.
Their staff understands this disease and actually contact me to see how aggressive the disease is so that they are realistic in the product that they provide.
They are very sensitive to our patient's and family needs.
They do not sell something to just make a sale.
They carry portable barrier free lifts and can bring it to your patient's home, your support group or clinic for an exhibition and to educate. They also sell new and used wheelchair vans and can bring them out to your patient's home or to support groups. They are very accommodating.
Several months ago, I had a family who had purchased a barrier free lift from another local dealer and the lift had broken. That dealer came out to fix the lift and accused my patient's spouse of tampering with the lift, which never happened, voiding the warranty. This dealer claimed that the repair of the lift would cost at least $1,000. I asked the family to contact the Mobility Supercenter and ask them to give an estimate for repair of the lift. The repair job went from being a $1,000 repair job by the company that installed the lift to a warranty covered repair job, costing under $200. It also turned out that the family were never given an operators manual on the lift, nor were they told that the installing company should have provided yearly checkups on the lift. The Mobility Supercenter of Virginia took care of all of that.
They are the only dealer that I would ever think of purchasing a van from.

Jane and I would like to tell you how happy we are with our new van. It has been all that we hoped for. As you know, this is the third van that we have purchased and we believe the best. We appreciate you and lee giving us guidance and direction as we were making the decision. You never pushed us, indeed the opposite was true. We really felt that you had our best interests at heart. Our feelings during the whole experience was that we were dealing with a family, a family that cared.
The day that we picked up our new van proved to be memorable. It seems that the whole staff was working to make sure that we understood all the workings of our van and to make sure that all our questions were answered. Even the people in the service department were willing to spend as much time with us as necessary, and always with a smile on their faces.
We are looking forward to a long and meaningful relationship. We know that the entire staff of the Mobility Supercenter will always be ready to respond to any need or question that we might have.
We would like to express our thanks to the staff of the Mobility Supercenter for the wonderful year of service you have given to us and the disabled community.
Whether it is your receptionist, bookkeeper, sales, van/wheelchair repair, or installation department, we know we can depend on qualified people.
The dedication of all your personnel has saved us many hours of frustration and it is comforting to know you are available when we need assistance.
Again, thanks to each of you.

"Mobility Supercenter continues to be a wonderful experience for me.
The equipment they have provided me has vastly expanded my capabilities and self-confidence.
And the employees, particularly Jason Blackwell, have all been extremely helpful and accommodating.
Mobility Supercenter is great and I strongly recommend it."
Thanks, Mike High
Mobility Supercenter is such a wonderful company.
The people that work there are so nice and kind and they really do care about you.
A while back I had no way of getting my grown daughter out of bed and into the shower, well they heard about us and came out to look at how things were and before we new it the Mobility Supercenter installed for my daughter a new roll in shower, and they even put in a Barrier Free Ceiling Lift in her room.
Now, I can get her in and out of bed and into the shower with no problem.
The Mobility Supercenter people keep in touch with us to see how we are doing, you don't find a company such as this very often.
Thank you Mobility Supercenter,
Carol and Tina
